Meet our Founder
Emmanuella FLoreal
Emmanuella Floreal was born and raised in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti. She attended the prestigious Collège Saint François Xavier (commonly known as Mère Bleu), run by the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Cluny (les Sœurs de Saint Joseph de Cluny), where she completed her education from preschool through 12th grade. In 2009 she moved to Port au Prince where she completed 4 years of study in business management at INAGHEI. She also went to Law school at FDSE where she earned her Bachelor degree in Law. In addition, she has a Master of International and Comparative Environmental Law from University of Limoges (France).
In 2018, she migrated to the United States to pursue her dream of becoming a nurse. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Broward College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida International University (FIU). Emmanuella currently works in multiple hospital settings and provides home health care services. This commitment to excellence in her own career inspired her to share her knowledge with future nurses.
Motivated by her passion and driven by her love for education, she founded Excellent Nursing LLC in July 2025, a company dedicated to preparing aspiring nurses with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive in healthcare. Her mission is to guide individuals pursuing nursing careers, provide hands-on training, and foster excellence, competency, and compassion in every student she mentors. Emmanuella is an entrepreneur as well as a philanthropist. Outside of her professional and charitable work, she enjoys cooking and listening to music, with a special love for Konpa, a Haitian music genre.
Through her work, mentorship, and community involvement, Emmanuella is passionate about empowering the next generation of nurses, instilling in them the knowledge, compassion, and confidence to provide exceptional care and make a meaningful impact in healthcare. She is an active member of Florida Nurse Association (FNA) and American Nurse Association (ANA). She has life membership in The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS).

Often times, during your nursing journey, you feel like you do not know enough information, the contents being taught are difficult to understand; That makes it hard for you to comprehend important topics. Therefore, you get discouraged. Your instructors may not have enough time to provide 1:1 tutoring/coaching. That’s where I come in to offer you my service, knowledge, and experience. I will provide you guidance based on your level, explain you key concepts until you understand everything that you need to know to be successful.
